This two-family coastal residence was conceived as a study in balance—between privacy and connection, geometry and light. The composition organizes two distinct homes around a shared architectural language, uniting them through proportion, material continuity, and a rooftop sanctuary overlooking the water. The façade alternates solid and transparent planes in wood, stone, and glass, softening the structure’s linearity while grounding it in its tropical context. A shared rooftop terrace, complete with pool and lounge areas, becomes the meeting point between both dwellings—a place where horizon, architecture, and community converge. Below, a discreet basement level accommodates parking and services, allowing the main volumes to remain elevated and pure in form.yes to
